Refund policy
7-day returns and size exchanges
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your MUSE & MODE order, including for size issues or change of mind. Items must be unused, unwashed, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Trying an item on indoors to check the fit is fine if it remains in its original condition.
MUSE & MODE covers shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges, including delivery of the replacement size. There are no return shipping or restocking fees.
How to request a return or exchange
Email museandmodeindia@gmail.com or message WhatsApp at +91 63888 21984 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number, the item and whether you want a refund or a size exchange. For an exchange, include your preferred size.
We will confirm eligibility and arrange a prepaid return pickup or provide prepaid return instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending an item back and pack it securely.
Size exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement size. If your requested size is unavailable, you can choose a refund instead.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer using details provided directly to our support team. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.
We refund the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable taxes. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we also refund any original delivery charge attributable to that item. Original delivery charges for size or change-of-mind returns are not refunded; return and exchange shipping is free.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice an issue with your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. We cover return shipping and arrange an eligible replacement or refund. The unused-condition requirement does not exclude defects discovered while checking the product. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Eligibility
Size or change-of-mind returns are not accepted for items worn beyond an indoor fit check, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or missing their original tags. Sale-priced clothing follows the same 7-day policy. Gift cards cannot be returned. A promotional gift does not prevent an eligible return; our team will explain how to include it if the qualifying purchase is returned.
Cancellations
Contact us to cancel before dispatch. If the order has shipped, you can request an eligible return after delivery.
