Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. A small fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shown clearly at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available. A small COD fee may apply.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely — you'll receive a tracking link by SMS/email as soon as your order ships.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, with the product unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit?
We're unable to accept returns for size issues or change of mind, so please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us first and we'll help you choose.

How do I start a return?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, issue details, and clear photos or videos. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you through the next steps.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and quality-check the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days — to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or by bank transfer for COD orders.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are offered only for damaged, defective, or wrong products, subject to stock availability.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible.

Products & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for measurements before ordering. Our tops are designed with a fitted, stretchable cut.

The colour looks slightly different on my screen — is that normal?
Yes, minor colour variations can occur due to screen and lighting differences. These aren't considered defects.

How should I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, do not bleach, and dry flat to keep them looking their best.
